We all have the potential for growth, happiness, and health. Sometimes circumstances can make
that seem more difficult. Whether you are dealing with unresolved traumas, unhealthy thinking,
or life changes, making the decision to seek help as you manage these obstacles is a courageous
first step in overcoming these challenges. It isn’t always easy to seek out counseling, so let me be
the first to congratulate you for making it this far!
Therapy is more than symptom relief and includes gaining insight into one’s self, patterns, and
relationship dynamics. You are the expert in your own life, I am simply here to help you along
your path. My intention is to help you feel empowered, nurtured, and strengthened by the work
that we do together. You are deserving of a space that is aware of the identities you have and
respects how those are important to your story. I strive to provide a safe, welcoming, and
nonjudgmental environment that allows you to tell your stories. I primarily use Dialectical
Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in my practice and some of my
main interests include religious trauma, depression and anxiety, life changes, sexual health, and
relationship exploration. Together, we will work to align your actions and values towards your
personal goals.

I enjoy working with individuals and couples alike and aim to provide a space where couples feel
safe and welcomed to share their beliefs and feel heard. I also work with couples to create and
maintain healthy communication skills as well as active listening skills. I am Gottman Method
Couples Therapy Level 1 Certified and have received training in Sexuality counseling and
Sensate Focus Therapy.

I grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado and received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theater
from Colorado Mesa University. I recently graduated from DePaul University with a Master of
Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about hiking, camping, music,
and anything to do with the arts. I look forward to getting to know you and learning about your
passions and goals!
