Full Time and Part Time Therapist
Requirements:
-
(LPC, LCPC, LCSW) Licensed in the state of Illinois *please note at this time we cannot accommodate LSW therapists.
-
Training and experience working with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, kink, poly, CNM, and sex worker populations we serve OR a strong desire and commitment to learn.

Training and experience working with couples
-
Experience working in mental health offices and knowledge of HIPAA requirements
-
Can create notes and treatment plans timely, independently, and efficiently
-
Collaborative, independent, organized, and professional
-
Understand and implement the ethical guidelines of your licensure
-
Able to effectively communicate, accept and integrate constructive feedback, and work autonomously
-
Access to personal laptop/iPad/computer with reliable WIFI connection
-
Commitment to using evidence-based practices
-
Strong desire to work as a team
Responsibilities:
-
Provide counseling to individuals and couples
-
Grow and sustain caseload
-
Complete progress notes and treatment plans in a timely manner
-
Maintain professional and ethical requirements for licensure
-
Communicate with clients in a timely and professionally
